Martin's Army Information
03/02/2004
Martin left for the Army on March 2, 2004 from Merced California. He was taken to Sacramento
MEPS for processing and then flown to Fort Knox, Kentucky for Basic Combat Training.
We went to Sacramento on 03/03/2004 to have dinner with Martin the night before he left.

5/12/2004
Martin graduated today at 11:00AM from Basic Combat Training. Gail, Scott, And I attended
the graduation ceremonies. It was a great experience. Martin got to stay in our motel room
for the night and had to be returned to his D.S. by 8:00PM on 5/13/2004. We had to catch our flight back
home at 2:55PM so we had to take Martin back at 12:15PM. We had a great visit during that time.
Martin will leave for Fort Gordon, Georgia on 5/14/2004.
He will be there for 9 weeks and then be transferred to Fort Gordon, Georgia (Near Augusta, GA)
for his AIT Of Signal Systems Specialist MOS#31U for 18 weeks. He arrived at Fort Gordon, GA on 5/15/2004.
