Welcome to the official web site of the
Salem Avalanche Booster Club!
Our club was founded prior
to the 1998 season, and we have about 100 members. If you love minor league baseball
and the Salem Avalanche, you should join!
Our purpose is
to:
- develop and increase fan interest in minor league baseball in the
Salem-Roanoke Valley area and
- initiate projects and special functions designed to support the
ball players, the field management, staff, and their families.
We have an operating
budget of about $1200 a year which we raise primarily through a silent auction, as well as
dues ($5 individual, $10 family).
