Celeste makes constellations out of origami stars
(This was all her idea, not mine. I swear.)
(how she did it)

Sagittarius and Scorpius.

Leo the Lion King (with smiley face added, of course)

Cygnus

Big and Little Dipper

How to do it yourself:
1) Get a decent star chart, and/or use your imagination (see below). We used Dad's brand new copy of "The Great Atlas of the Stars," Serge Brunier and Akira Fuji, Firefly Books, 2001.
2) Make stars. We used origami stars from a kit called "Wishing Stars," by Klutz Press (aren't they wonderful?)
3) Follow the dots.
4) Give a little help by sketching with your finger on the carpet if necessary.
