About This Site And The Person That Built It

This site was built to help others find the truth and the peace that comes with it.

My name is Matthew; my education is poor; I graduated from high school as an illiterate.

As a young child, I was picked up by a Baptist Church bus and hauled off to church.

At the age of eight, I asked Jesus Christ into my heart and became a Christian. I grew up poor, my mother and father split up when I was about 10, and my mother found out that my father was molesting my sister and brother. I almost died and no one knew why. But other than that my life has been good, and I have always felt the Lord pulling me to the truth - not just to know it, but to live it and to tell it.

My ministry is directed to the church and to those who seek the truth. I want to help guide those who are seeking the truth and help churches make sure that they are preaching the truth. To the leaders of the churches around the world, I want to remind you that you will be judged for every soul that you mislead, so please make sure that you only preach the truth - even if you have to stand before everyone under you and ask for forgiveness and admit your wrongs.

I do not claim to have all the answers. I am no better than anyone else and I am not any smarter than you. I only know that there is only one truth and we all need that truth.

This site is written in my words and although I may quote verses from the Bible, I won’t include where the verses are found unless I feel that it is very important. This site is here to help you find the truth in Jesus Christ, not for me to teach you what you should believe. Now if I quote something that is not in the 66 books of the Bible, then I will tell you where I got it from and where to find it.

When I started writing this web site, I was asking the Lord, “Why me? Why take an illiterate machine tech that has a hard time reading and writing anything and have him write to the world?” But by the time I started writing it became clear. I am an empty book; all my pages are blank just waiting to speak out. I am not so educated that I can write God out, I am not rich enough that I don’t need God and I am not smart enough to twist God’s words. I take God for who He is and I long to know Him better.
