The First Amendment

First let me start by saying, that what you learn from this web site dose not give anyone the right to, kill or hurt someone, to belittle them, or take away the rights of others.

Don’t take what I say and go out and be Stupid. Think and Pray before you do anything and always remember the feelings of others. These are Biblical Rules.

Now, back to the First Amendment. This county from its very beginning has had two kinds of people those who wanted to worship God and those who wanted nothing to do with God and these people founded our county.

At the beginning those that wanted free religion far out numbered those that did not.

So in order for them to get want they wanted they had to be smarter and more under handed. And today it looks like they have won and have out smarted us and have pretty much remove the Freedom of Religion that this county was founded on.

But the Christians of that day where even smarter and left us a code within our Constitution and the Amendments. No I am not saying that if you skip every 5 letters it spells out some message. They did it in the way they wrote it. Let me explain.

We have 7 Articles in the Constitution and 27 Amendments.

Now, here is the code; every Article and every Amendment has only one sentence for each subject. A new sentence is started if we change from talking about a branch of the government to talking about the people, or if we change from one branch to the other.

And this also changes as the years go by. For example, the first 10 amendments all written at the same time 1791 have only one sentence for each amendment and only one subject. The 11^th written in 1795 follows this same way of writing. Our 12^th Amendment in 1804, then goes into 5 sentences but then is for choosing our President and Vice-president, and only starts a new sentence with (But or And if). Now as you get into the amendments written later the style changes but still stays with one subject for each amendment. 

What dose this mean the FIRST AMENDMENT is for FREEDOM OF RELIGION only. It is not five different rights that belong to five different groups of people. It is one law that all five groups befit from. But all of it is for Religion.

Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Now you may say, “no that is just how you intrepid it to read” or “that’s not how the Supreme court intrepid it”

The Constitution and its Amendments are to be read in the way they were written.

Our Ninth Amendment was put in to clarify that. 

Amendment 9 - Construction of Constitution.

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Let brake these down to words we can all understand. And look at the Amendments a bit closer, put a side what you have been taught by others and see for yourself what it is saying.

Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion

Congress ( the branch of our government that makes laws. ) shall make no law respecting (concerning ) an establishment of religion (a church recognized by law as the official church of a nation or state and supported by civil authority) , or prohibiting (to forbid by authority, or to prevent from doing something ) the free exercise( the act of bringing into play or realizing in action) thereof; (of, relating to, or concerned with details ) or abridging (to reduce in scope or diminish ) the freedom of speech, (the communication or expression of thoughts in spoken words ) or of the press; (the act or the process of printing ) or the right of the people peaceably (quietly behaved ) to assemble, (to bring together as in a particular place or for a particular purpose ) and to petition (earnest request ) the Government for a redress(to set right ) of grievances.    ( a cause of distress, as an unsatisfactory working condition felt to afford reason for complaint or resistance )

Forty-five words, one sentence and if you read it as it it written you will see that it is only for Freedom of Religion. And every time the US Congress passes a law or interprets our first Amendment too prohibit the freedom of Religion. They not only brake our first Amendment but also our Ninth Amendment

Lets brake down the Ninth Amendment

Amendment 9 - Construction of Constitution.

The enumeration(to ascertain the number of ) in the Constitution, of certain(fixed, settled) rights, shall not be construed(to analyze the arrangement and connection of words in a sentence or sentence part ) to deny(to declare untrue ) or disparage(degrade, to depreciate by indirect means as invidious comparison ) others retained(to keep in possession or use ) by the people.

Our First Amendment was put it place so that the people of the United States could freely paretic what ever religion they want or don’t want. And that Congress would make no laws of a official church of the nation or of a state. As well Congress would not make any laws stopping any person from the free exercise this means no matter who you are you have the right to show your belief’s to the world. The only Government branch that falls into the term Separation of Church and State is Congress, they can make no laws fore or against Religion. Our Constitution and the Amendments do not say that the word GOD cannot be in or on a Government building or documents. It dose not say it cannot be in our schools. In fact what it say is that Congress cannot forbid it.

Let us look at the term Separation of Church and State first it is not a term that is in the Constitution or in the Amendments.

The Church is not a building or a denomination it is the People that make up the church, now this may be different for different religions, like Christian Science definition of church is “Truth and Love”

The State is the state we live in or our Government, but we the People are the Government. So you see that the People of the state and the church can not be separated with out getting rid of common sense. To totally separate church from state you would have to divided the county into to separate governments.

The government could not tax any person that belonged to the church, the church could not go on to state land and the state could not go into church land. And if you go with the Christian Science definition the Government would have to be separate from “Truth and Love”. They may have something here our Government dose seem to be separated from Truth and Love.
