ONE TRUTH

I want to be careful not to mislead anyone. But you may not be following the truth; and even if you know the truth, you might not be living it.

First let’s get a few things straight. There is only one Truth, and it is the same for you as it is for me. You may say that it is a law of life. You can say that what you believe is true for you and not for me, but then your truth would be a lie. If you said that you could live at the bottom of the sea and that you would learn to live like the fish, the truth is that you would drown no matter how much you believe – and that would be the same truth for me and for anyone else. There is only one truth and it is the same for everyone.

The main Truth is that there is only one GOD and only one way to GOD.

Now you maybe sitting there thinking, ''Yes, my way is the truth''.

But the truth of the matter is that you might not even know what you believe or why. Who is GOD? How should I live my life? What religion is the true religion?

We need to know for ourselves what we believe and why.

There are 12 major religions in the world today and somewhere around 4,200 different beliefs or small religions - but only one Truth. Is it yours, mine, or someone else’s. We have a 1 in 4200 chance that we are right. Are you willing to take that chance? On top of this, all 4200 could be wrong.

You see, most of us believe in something, or even in nothing based on what some people believe. If you grew up in a church then you most likely believe what that church believes and in your mind that is the truth, but there are 4199 groups of people that don't agree.

This Site is for everyone no matter what you believe or don't believe. I hope it will make you think and that all of us together will find the One Truth.

First, is there a GOD? Lets look at this from a common sense side. We came from somewhere, right? If you believe in anything other than an all knowing, all powerful GOD who planned and created us, then your god is a dust ball with no plan at all.

Now it makes more sense to believe in GOD when you look at everything around us. Just stop and look around at the trees, plants, sand, rocks, water, people, animals, gold, diamonds, spices, food, …there is everything we could ever want and need. From what I can see it would be pretty hard to believe that all of this came from some floating space dust.

Even those that believe in the space dust know that there has to be more to it, and so they are spending billions of dollars looking for life out in space - a planet with life that knows where we came from. I am sure that if by chance life was found, the new acquaintances would say, ''What are you, blind? You came from GOD.''

Now, lets move on to the next step because just about all of us believe in GOD in some form; there’s only a small amount of the world that do not. I only ask these people to just open their eyes and look around, and make sure that is what you believe.

At this point we are going to get into the part where we may all disagree, but remember there is only one Truth and that is what we are looking for.

Lets go back in history about 500 years ago. Now I don't claim to know a lot about history, but from what I can see we only had 3 or 4 major religions. And two of them really believe in the same thing …they just look at it differently.

Now, as I get deeper into this, you may start to think [This man is a heretic]. But before you do, look at your own church and where it came from. Most of you are following the writings of someone who was called a heretic and was killed for it, or you are following the writings of a cult. We are looking for the truth, and it is better to find the truth than to die believing in a lie.

Now there is only one truth, which means that there is only one Lie.

If the GOD of the Bible is the Truth, then everything else would be a lie.

So what is the true religion? Believing in GOD and following HIM and his guidelines is the truth.

The number one rule: No one gets to heaven unless it is through JESUS CHRIST,

Number two: Love all people as yourself.

So, considering these two points, let’s look at your religion. Is Jesus the only way? If not, you may want to look at what you believe a bit deeper. And how do you look at and treat other people. This is where you really can see if you are following the truth.

You see, the true religion is following the teachings of Jesus Christ. It does not have a name other than the church. As the Church, we are one body and are not of any specific country, race, gender or color. We are the followers of Christ. Now you may be thinking that we are Christians, but if you look at the Christian church of today, you will see that we are not the same.

Look at my point. The true church does not kill or beat up those that don't believe like them. The true church does not practice immoral acts like wife swapping, homosexuality, child molestation, divorce, abortion and so on. The true church stands for what is right no matter what the cost.

People belonging to so-called Christian churches of various denominations today allow and participate in many of these practices. Now where in the Bible or other sacred writings is this the picture of the True Church?

As for my brothers and sisters inside these churches, it is your duty to encourage others within your church to be repentant and draw closer in their walk with Jesus Christ. …and if you can't, then perhaps you need to leave it - if the leadership itself is not actively teaching holy living and the truth about salvation through Christ alone. As the true church we need to come together as one body and work together for the kingdom of Jesus Christ.

Now when I say come together, I am not saying that we all act alike. The Bible is very clear in the fact that the church is like a body, meaning that if we were all feet, we would all just run around going nowhere. I believe that some church’s today are that way. All the feet meet under one denominational name and have nothing to do with the hands, legs or any other body part because they are different and don't do things the same way. Now remember that the church is like the whole body. This means that there are churches out there that are the boobs, butts and arm pits as well. They may not be a church that you would go to, but are still part of the body and are very much needed.

Here is the point I am trying to make, and feel that Jesus is teaching in His word. Together as one body we can do anything, but as just body parts we can do very little to make a difference.
