Dan was born in Cleveland Ohio in the late 1950's where he learned how to survive in the inner city during the race riots of the 1960's. One of only 3 white families left on the east side street where Dan grew up in the 1970's he learned early about racism and violence. Dan always had a knack for making funny sounds and once even caused a bus driver to slam on the brakes when he made a screeching sound that sounded like rubber wheels from a car that had slammed on the brakes. Dan went to the Ohio School of Broadcast Technique after High School and completed Bible College in 1975. Dan then went into the ARMY in 1979 where he started out completing training at the top of his class with a letter of commendation from a General. Later Dan completed college and was commissioned a 2nd LT in 1982. Dan Retired from the service in 1992 with a service connected disability. Besides a doctorate in Biblical Linguistics, Dan hold a minister's license and is the author of several books and a translation of the Bible.
Author - In the early 1990's Dan completed his family history and genealogy book entitled "The History and Genealogy Of Merrick" with several contributing authors and family members. The Book is available at LULU.com Dan also did a Restored Sacred Name version of the King James Bible online at ThinkYAH.Org In 2006 Dan wrote 'Instructions To Money; From Welfare To Millionaire' published by Outskirts Press. Dan is presently working on a book and movie script about his life entitled "Knockin Doors".
Artist -Dan has been called an artist in many different venues. His Mother was a painter and worked for an ad agency which influenced Dan. Dan has painted several works which have sold privately and for charity. In the 1990's Dan created a never before seen type of painting using Gems and Gem dust in the work. This technique of using gems in the picture has inspired other artists to combine other mediums into art work. Dan also designed the Logos for his Music Publishing Company 'Eternal Light & Power Company' an ASCAP Music publisher.
Musician -Dan has written gospel, CCM, Jazz, and Country songs and he has sung in churches and on short term mission trips around the world. Dan's "Aliyah" Album 1993 inspired many to embrace the Holy Name of Yah for God and has shown a true love for music and the arts. Dan's record and publishing company continue to search for sources to share his works and collaborations.

Actor -At a young age Dan loved to act and do impersonations. To his father's delight, Dan use to do an Al Jolson impersonation that was a hit at family gatherings. Dan's mother was a high school and home town friend of Jimmy Stewart, so Dan got lots of exposure to the media and movie industry as a child. Dan has created characters and played parts in small theater and church productions. He hopes to expand his fame by taking acting classes and auditioning for parts. Voice Over Specialist -Dan has created the voice of' 'Danny the Libtard' and several comedic voices for radio and internet shows. His ability to create new voices and modify his vocie has been sought after by such radio hosts as the famous Doctor Blogstien where dan did 'Blawlter Bonkite' for the show. Dan also has mimicked cartoon voices and played voices in radio and commercial venues for nonprofit and corporate advertisers.
Talk Show Host -Dan's show Instructions To Money Radio has interviewed such famous stars of industry and films as Robert Kiyosaki author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, Carleton Sheets Real Estate Guru, and Robert Picardo of Star Trek Voyager and Stargate Atlantis seen of SYFY channel, and Film Producer Russ Emanuel. Dan has also interviewed authors, actors, and business greats on his show that helps give small business people and dreamers tips on how to become successful in any venture of life one chooses.
Producer -Dan has produced many Radio Commercials and was an announcer for the Ken Gaub Evangelistic Association for several years in the 1990's. Dan's ideas and ear for audio production has made him a sought after advisor to many producers and musicians.
Singer -Dan started singing in church as a young boy and was a member of the choir and top-20 singers that appeared with the all-city chorus with the Cleveland Orchestra in 1974 & 1975. Dan also became a member of the singing group the 'Teen Revivers' opening for the singing Rambo Family in 1975. Dan appears in churches and his songs are for sale on the internet where the proceeds go to charity.
Song Writer - Dan has written jazz, country, and contemporary music and hit the CCM charts at 33 in 1993 with his song 'Like Stephen'. Dan also appeared on the CCM Countdown with Bob Soure on national Christian radio.

Business - Dan appeared in the 1980's on the Dave DelDotto show 'Go For Your Dreams' where he appeared as a successful real estate investor. Dan currently was featured in the REAL PROFITS newsletter and has appeared on several radio programs across America talking about his success and sharing tips on how to start a business and invest in real estate. Dan presently owns RDJ Catalog, Inc. as an officer on the board with his wife. Dan created the commercial for the company's web site at RDJCatalog.com called the 'Real Deal Jump'. Other holdings Dan has include an internet radio network at RadioInternetBroadcastNetwork.com and a retail site called ESilverCoin.com His companies also include Eternal Light & Power Company Records and Music Publishing, as well as a Newspaper the McKean Enterprise.
