Cathy McAdam has begun the process of starting a nonprofit and has secured the name TEC-Ability. This stands for Technology Education Careers - Ability.

The mission is:

“Integrating diverse technology solutions and career development, creating corporate success and employee growth.” 

There will be a continued strong alliance with DiverseAbility LLC, with an emphasis on the power of technology as a means of developing career goals, a solution for getting a “job done” and a strategy for universal design and full inclusion in the work place.

A nonprofit company will allow for increased advocacy, education, and demonstration projects through the kind of broader funding available with government and community grants.
