On this page you will find local Libraries and other public locations where you can use a computer when you don't have one at home.
The libraries for the blind and disabled have free tutor programs for very basic computer training specifically for blind and visually impaired users. The Internet lab at the Detroit Public Library has regular ongoing free classes. It is important that you call ahead for these programs/services. |
