Ingredients:

Pork Tenderloin |

Brown sugar |

Curry powder |

Hungarian sweet paprika |

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425o.
Trim fat from tenderloin. Combine sugar and next 5 ingredients; stir well. Rub tenderloin with spice mixture.
Place tenderloin on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Insert a meat thermometer into thickest portion of tenderloin. Bake at 425o for 25 minutes or until thermometer registers 150o (slightly pink). Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with chutney.
