Pulled Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients:

cooked roast beef |
|
|
9 c |
shredded cabbage |
|
|
2 c |
ketchup |
|
|
1 15-oz can |
beef broth |
|
| ¾c | Worcestershire sauce | |
| 2 tbsp | fresh squeezed lemon juice | |
| 1 tbsp | yellow mustard | |
| 2 tsp | salt | |
| 24 | hoagie (or hamburger) buns |

Directions:
In a 4-6 quart Dutch oven, combine shredded beef, cabbage, ketchup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, and salt.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Uncover and simmer for 1 hour more, stirring occasionally. Serve on buns.
