Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:

 

 ½ c

  butter or margarine
   ½ c heavy whipping cream
  ¾ c grated Parmesan cheese
  ½ tsp salt
  ⅛ tsp pepper
    chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

  1. Heat Butter and whipping cream in 2 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter is melted.

  2. Stir in cheese, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle finished dish with parsley.
