I visited Dobra for the first time in December of 1984. First thing I noticed was the missing middle tower of the tserktia (church). Since then I thought about restoring it. I knocked on some doors and finally people answered. Here is a letter from the priest Marek Grzebien. The bank account number where you can send resources for the renovation is Bank PEKAO S.A.
