The Detwiler family lives in a rural community on the north side of Mt. Rainier in Washington State.  Jeff and Michelle are parents to 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. Now that the boys are grown the days are spent chasing our delightful 8-year-old and caring for our beautiful and medically fragile 14-year-old. 

Retired foster parents, the Detwiler's served Washington state for 17 years caring for medically fragile children.

As a family the Detwiler's enjoy camping at the ocean and watching family oriented movies. 

Michelle is a freelance writer and enjoys writing about children.  Jeff is an electronics tech, working for a large company on their 2-way radios.
