This is the Vision and Mission statement that has guided me. Vision: "The rowing program will exemplify the virtues of a caring, justice and fairness, respect, pride, responsibility, trustworthiness. We will work in partnership with the school, family and community to improve achievement, safe conditions, and high standards to insure we are successful on the water as well as in life.
Mission: "To make a positive difference in the lives of student/athletes, through a supported, one-to-one relationship with a caring coach and to assist them in achieving their highest potential as they grow to become confident, competent, and caring individuals. We will try a provide committed volunteers, leaders and high standards of excellence"
