Spring Season 2008full story... The goodbye tour is over. The Story is written. Another trip to Nationals, Podium at Canadian Nationals, what should have been another State Championship. Now what?
Aloha.
Fall Season 2007full story...The longest goodbye tour ever. I think I am giving The Who a run for their money. Dove's final farewell tour is heading toward the spring season and one final push. It has been a very rewarding fall and I am proud of progress we have made as a team.

Spring Season 2006 full story...We Rock! State Champs, Midwest Champs, Podium Canada, Podium at Youth Nationals. I believe the success we have achieved was not an accident, but a designed plan that was executed through commitment and preparation. It has sometimes taken its toll on those that were not quiet ready to enter the house. I often refer to SUCCESS as the HOUSE , and as I have said before I wish more of us could enter it, but it remains an exclusive group..
Fall Season 2005 full story...Well, I am back for another season. To be truthful, I am having a hard time adapting to not being the Head Coach. I do enjoy coaching the crews that I have though. Finding myself constantly trying to adjust my way of approaching things. Frustraition at not being able to complete my vision is a reality. A new VISION will emerge and I will re-invent myself. Stay tuned!
Spring Season 2005 full story... The Aloha Season for me. Can't wait....
Fall Season 2004 full story...Passion and Balance: What is it that drives an individual to put in so many hours of practice for less than half an hour on race day in the fall and about seven minutes in the spring? What drives an individual to give up sleep and social activities to take part in this thing called rowing? It is the absolute passion that we have for this sport. You must learn to love training; each stroke is it's own reward. ......
Spring Season 2004 full story.. A journey of 1000 miles begins with one step. And so our journey began 4 years ago with little steps and along the way we have traveled to many places. Our journey has not always been together. Sometimes we have strayed; some have fallen to the wayside. Others have stayed the course, weathered the storms and now we are at another crossroad. I for one don't believe this will be the last we see of each other. Our thoughts will always bring us back together. Our love for one another and the sport will keep us bonded. We have done this together and nobody can ever take this moment from us. ......
Fall Season 2003 full story...A season of ups and downs.
A season of highs and lows, A season of progress.
A season of frustration, A season of hope.
A season of living, A season of love for me
