Crazy Paul's Secret St. Martin Trip

Food and Beverage With a group of 16 people we all have significant differences in what we like to eat and drink. Beverages We will start with a pre-stocking of the Villa with appropriate beverages and snacks, let me know your preferences via email at mailto:mdlandmark@comcast.net?subject=Snacks and beverages My personal plan will be to eat dinner at the Villa only on Tuesday and Friday and the rest of the time visit restaurants in the area. Not everyone may wish to do that or wish to go to a restaurant that I like. As we have 2 vehicles now, and could always rent more, please do not feel like you must go with the group. As a general rule, this group in a previous trip, just adds up the bill and tip, divides it by the number of people at dinner/lunch, and that is each person's cost. We do this regardless of what you ordered to eat and drink, which is not always fair, but is easy. On Wednesday, after returning from our cruise, I plan on eating at Uncle Harry's, a low key steak and lobster restaurant directly on the water. We will take both vans to the cruise if some people prefer to come back to the Villa after our cruise. Check out this website for restaurant reviews and ideas.
As we all may be all over the place, shopping, going to the beach, gambling, etc. lunch will be on your own. I am not planning to have sandwich meats or other lunch food at the Villa, but that is something you might wish to consider. One of the interesting lunch ideas is that in Grand Case (near the Villa) there are a 1/2 dozen of "lolos". These are roadside grills with picnic tables and benches. They are highly recommended for fish, ribs, chicken, etc. as very good and very reasonable. Breakfast As people get up at all sorts of different times, the Villa will be prestocked with snacks and breakfast foods like; eggs, bread, fruit, milk, cereal, etc. so that we can just eat breakfast at the Villa.
