These systems are all tied together via a Linksys BEFSR41 Router and Linksys WRT54G Wireless 8 port switch and run on Windows XP Professional.  Internet access is provided by a Comcast Cable Home Office upgraded connection offering 3.5Mbits down, and 384Kbits up.  Plenty enough for surfing, gathering media, and hosting an occasional on line game with friends.

For those that know me, this current set up has been much reduced.  The phase change cooling is gone.  The bench only rig is gone.  Things are much simpler.  Do to time constraints I had to scale back.  That said, I just finished putting together another monster gaming and media PC based on the new Intel Conroe and GX2.

A closer look:

This is the Gamer Media rig with the Intel Conroe 6800 @ 3.8Ghz.  That processing power along with 2 gigs of memory storming at 500mhz and the 7950 GX2  is still enough grunt to handle even the most demanding games at decent resolutions with all the eye candy cranked up.

A night shot all in blue:

The whole set up.  Its hard to see, but the Saitek keyboard glows a nice blue :)

My son Colin's rig.  Not bad for a 9 year old :)

He stayed with the "blue theme" as well:
