          c. Requisitions. Some Battalions require requisitions to control straw and some amenities.
          d. Returns. It is a good idea to maintain records of attendance, musket serial numbers, company assigned numbers, etc., to determine who is participating and to aid in finding lost gear.
          e. Releases. Some units find it more convenient to keep yearly releases for minors than for each event. These should be current and checked before events.
          f Emergency Information. Home telephone numbers and medical problem infomlation should be available in the company files during an event. The first sergeant should carry this list with him during the event in case of emergency.
