Zen meditation also takes place at Notre Dame on Thursdays from 5:15 to 6:15 pm at the Meditation Room in 102 Coleman-Morse. Meditators from ALL experience levels and religious traditions are welcome.

The South Bend Dharma Center meets every Monday from 7 to 8:30 pm at  50619 Trails North in Granger, Indiana to practice sitting and walking meditation in the Buddhist tradition. Our center is 15 years old and was formerly called the South Bend Zen Group.
All meditators are welcome.
