Everything is as close as you want it..........Casinos are 1 mile away, along with world class dining. Skiing is only a short  distance to the gondola and there is  hiking and cross country skiing at your door step.  Look at entire web site for all the amenities.

Lake Village is a private 326  town home complex at the southeast corner of Lake Tahoe  approximately a half-mile from the lake and less than a mile from the California border.  Lake Village is a beautiful, wooded hillside development located in Nevada on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe. Spread out over 52 1/2 acres, it is partially surrounded by National Forest Land with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe and Mt Tallac from many areas in the complex. It is nestled amongst tall, scented pines and firs with the units spread out amongst the rock outcrops and trees. 

The Lake Village Homeowners Association is a Planned Unit Development that incorporated and began construction in 1970.  The recreational facilities include the Clubhouse with an in-ground pool, and above-ground hot tub, men's and women's changing room each with showers and a steam sauna.   There are 4 tennis courts and a playground area. The pool, tennis courts and playground area close in mid October and are open by Memorial Day weekend. The village is less than a mile from Tahoe's major casinos, several beaches, and Edgewood Golf Course. Twenty ski resorts are within an hour's drive. The village is on the trail map of Heavenly Valley, the largest US ski resort.
