As may be apparent to many of you, we have had a snow event of major proportions.  We are being advised by the authorities to stay off the roads. 

Just got a call from Father Bill; for the first time in 37 years, he is cancelling services.

No church or Sunday school tomorrow, Sunday, February 7.

If you know anyone that doesn't have e-mail that would attempt to brave the weather to attend, please call them to let them know.

Hope this finds everyone snug and cozy at home.

CANCELLED:  Superbowl Chili making for tomorrow (2/6/10) due to the weather.   We will meet next Saturday (2/13/10) at the Parish Hall at 9:00 a.m. (sorry no breakfast) to make SWEETHEART Chili instead.    Pickup will be on Sunday, February 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon.  

Rescheduling - the Chili Cooking has been rescheduled to Saturday, 13 February, same time, same place!

Cancellation of Previously Postponed AFB Pot Luck Luncheon and Survey Results Review!

Due to the impending weather predictions the AFB Pot Luck Luncheon has been cancelled.  It will be rescheduled at a later date.

Postponed: Collection of goodies and the packing party for the Valentine Goody Boxes postponed until next Sunday, Feb 14th.  Same time, 1-3pm at Amy Parker's house.

If you have goodies to drop off, please wait until next Sunday and leave them in the church kitchen labeled "goody boxes".  The boxes will go out a week late, however, we didn't want to miss out on the generous outpouring we usually receive due to the inclement weather that seems to be upon us.

If neither option works for you, and you'd like to drop off your goodies at Amy's home, you may do that as well.
