Dress Code:
 All students must wear fitted clothes and have their hair pulled up or in a pony tail.
Limitations:
 Students with moderate to servere osteoporosis, pregnancy after the first trimester, herniated disc, those being treated for current back problems without permission and modification from their healthcare provider.
Cancellation Policy:
 A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations.
