Influential Psychologists Project
The purpose of this project is to teach you about some of the most influential people in psychology. You will need to research your selected psychologist, write a brief report and design an informative poster that we will hang in our classroom. You can work on this project alone or in a group. Groups can consist of no more than 3 people. You can work with students from other classes.
Requirements:
Ψ A clear picture of your psychologist. This may be from the internet or copied from a book as long as the source is given credit.
Ψ A poster that includes your picture of the psychologist and a bulleted explanation of your psychologist's life.
Ψ A 2-3 page report detailing the life of your psychologist. You should include biographical information about your person and important studies/experiments/accomplishments in their career.
Ψ Works cited pager at the end of your report, including at least 3 sources. You should have at least 2 textbook/journal sources and 1 web site. You are welcome to use more. All sources used must be cited at the end of your report.
Ψ Remember, when using information from the internet, be sure to include your own ideas as well as paraphrasing the information you gather. If you do not it is considered plagiarism.
