Classroom Rules/Procedures

1.  All students are expected to follow ALL SCHOOL RULES!

2.  Be on time.

3.  Students are expected to bring the following items to class EVERY day: pen, paper, classroom notebook.

4.  Use only BLUE or BLACK ink on all assignments and tests.

5.  When the bell at the end of class rings Mrs. Mellican will dismiss the class.

6.  Late assignments are only accepted due to an excused absence. 

7.  If you are absent, it is your responsibility to find out what you missed and how much time you have to make up the work.  It is your responsibility to get missed lecture notes from a classmate.  Missed tests will not be given during class time.  You need to make arrangements with Mrs. Mellican to schedule a time to make up the test.

8.  Grades:  A = 100-90%, B=89-80%, C=79-70%, D=69-60, F=59% and below.  Your grade is based on total points earned/total points possible from homework assignments, in class assignments, projects, papers, and tests.  Semester grades: each quarter= 40%, final exam 20%.

9.  No credit appeals will not be granted for more than one semester.
