The Mercer Consulting Group LLC (MCG) is pleased to announce the development of a first-of-its-kind assessment tool – the Highway Safety Program Impact Assessment© - developed specifically for state highway safety offices.

GOAL:

To assist state highway safety offices in examining critical management processes that impact overall effectiveness and execute strategies that make the best use of limited resources

ASSESSMENT PROCESS:

The MCG Assessment Team of experienced, former state highway safety office administrators will help you prepare for a pre-site and four day, on-site assessment visit. We will provide you with the following:

1. An examination of relevant information and materials
2. A survey of key community program stakeholders summarized in a separate report
3. On-site interviews with key state and federal highway safety partners
4. On-site interviews with the state highway safety office leadership and staff
5. A report of our findings and recommendations
