ASSESSMENT PROCESS:
The MCG Assessment Team of experienced, former state highway safety office administrators will help you prepare for a pre-site and four day, on-site assessment visit. We will provide you with the following:
- An examination of relevant information and materials
- A survey of key community program stakeholders summarized in a separate report
- On-site interviews with key state and federal highway safety partners
- On-site interviews with the state highway safety office leadership and staff
- A report of our findings and recommendations
