Vibranium-iron alloy shield used as defensive and offensive weapon. Weaknesses: With no super-human powers he is vulnerable to most things a normal human would be vulnerable to.

Notes: Steve Rogers is a true American Hero. All he ever wanted to do was serve his country and he did that with honor, pride, and dignity. Captain America is a man that every citizen of these United States can look up to and hope to be even half as courageous as he. I don't think that there will ever be another man alive that will be as worthy as Steve Rogers to don the red, white and blue. The uniform, the shield, the name itself, all awe inspiring. And all of it is really due to the man who first was Captain America. And no offense to anyone else who has gone by the name, there will really only ever be one Captain America in my books. I am not one for putting others on a pedestal, but if I had to say that I had one hero in my life, it would no doubt be Mr. Steven Grant Rogers. You know that someday you are going to hear his theme song playing then CLANG! Shield to the head. Although I know for a fact that that hurts, I am willing to take that risk.

How to defeat him: Seriously, Captain America is all about truth and justice and a fair fight. So I have just one word for you. Rouchambeau.
