Pagis Pro, a scanning suite for Windows, was a PC Computing MVP winner in 1998. Below is its image editor component, which views and edits a wide variety of image file formats, including multiple-page TIFF and XIF files, with a focus on document sharing and archival. In 1997-1999 Paul Mernyk was the lead engineer for three releases of this editor, designing the interaction, layout, and icons, as well as designing and implementing a large share of the code.

The Scan/Copy/Fax tool, below, is at the heart of the Pagis Pro scanning suite. Paul Mernyk assisted in its interaction design, did the graphical layout, and designed the "Page Type" icons. (The 3 large tab icons were designed elsewhere.)
