1.)	MesaDX version number (select Help->About from the main menu bar.)


2.)	Did you encounter the bug using a commercial ROM?
	If so, which ROM was it?


3.)	If you encountered this problem during execution/debugging of your
	own code, can you include the appropriate section of source code?


4.)	What feature of MesaDX do you believe is faulty?
	(Select one, and elaborate on what happened.)
