It's finally playable.  I still have to work on the setup and I need to get some small brass screws for the truss rod adjustment cover plate.
There is also one fairly major Dave Thang I have to fix.  I knew there were right and left tuners but I didn't know it really made a difference which side they are installed on.  It does.
I installed the tuners a certain way to cover a chip out on one of the tuner holes.  And of course being a Dave Thang they are on the wrong side.
The result is that to tighten or loosen the strings requires turning the knobs opposite from what you're used to.  I'll probably fix that but not right now.
All in all it looks OK, sounds and plays good.  It should play even better when I finish the setup.  The strings are a little high but that is simple to remedy.
