BMX Heat

Mike Albaugh says:

BMX heat, IIRC, was based on the "Hard Drivin" hardware plus a fairly complex force-feedback/motion-platform cabinet/controls. Some parts of the "bike" may have later made their way into Moto Frenzy. Bonnie Smithson was the (main?) programmer. She did Escape From the Planet of the Robot Monsters and RoadBlasters before this, and later started Beathead, which I "finished" to the field-test stage after she and Glenn Mandelkern both bailed on it. IIRC, Carol Cameron may have been the Project leader.

Unless you can name another BMX type game (including Bike you sat on and had to pedal) this was released at least in a limited fashion. You were able to do table-tops in mid air if I recall correctly. Saw this once at Golfland in Milpitas (Atari were known for testing at Golflands).
