Drum 'n' bass falling into the abyss as tracks collapse into soundscapes beyond sense, order and sweetness. The music on Waveform approaches the condition of terror, dissolving sounds, grinding metal, brain-wiping breakbeats and a troubled ambience that seems to have been poured from the mouth of madness. - Breakbeat Science 2 booklet

After two years I figured I should update this page after an entire new T.Power album came out! This album is a lot more lower energy and downbeat but works well. Unfortunately the vocal performances are often lacking and hold down songs that could do a lot better solely as instrumentals...

T.Power is also...

Atomic Dog is an alias of Marc Royal. Bass Selective seems to be a group that Marc was previously a part of (Royal, Hill, Samual, Clarke). Regardless, songs from either of the two are worth searching out if you like T.Power's other work. Automaton is a 12" that I found in a store with a sticker - "Automaton (T Power)". I've also heard that Marc Royal owns Anti Static Recordings. No information on that yet...

Marc Royal in a band?
Nah, couldn't be him...

"Hedonism is viewed as a good thing in the dance scene," says Marc. "I don't entirely agree with that, because it's a very dubious way of existence. I think it can lead to a very superficial outlook on life. I think the reason we are so hedonistic points to problems within society itself. I think the grim reality for a lot of people is that they don't see a future, there's no security and they have to work so bloody hard during the week that they go on benders every weekend. Maybe hedonism is a sort of outcry against the hopelessness of it all.
"I was going out raving and doing things I shouldn't have been doing in various combinations like a good number of people I know. It's difficult to be objective, but at the time it seems like a positive experience until you get that bad trip. At that point you're made aware there is a very much darker side to it all. You encounter part of your psyche you weren't aware of."
- Breakbeat Science 2 booklet
