*** UPDATE ****  This is NOT the best way to make a Coro fuse.  The seam will be on the top of the fuselage making it very difficult to get the wing and the tail feathers to line up properly.  The seam should go on the bottom of the fuselage, but the technique is still solid.

I first used a piece of scrap Coro to find the bends.  Once I knew where the bends where going to be, I used my hinge tool to cut where the bend was to be.  However, I did NOT cut the Coro as one does to make a hinge.  I straddled one of the vertical's with the tool, sort of makes a "T".  Then I folded the Coro back on itself and use the same hinge tool to remove the extra material.  No need to be real exact, just don't cut though to the other side.
