"Why do you sit there like an envelope with no address on it?"
- Mark Twain
Here are some web sites I find enjoyable. I'll be adding some more when I can.

interested in something.)
Other Sites of Interest Last update: 8-Nov-1995
The Apollo Lunar Surface Journals
Eric Jones has produced documents of a truly historic and valuable nature here. The Apollo Lunar Surface Journals, a work still in progress, includes the entire transcripts of time spent on the surface of the moon, interweaved with post-mission debriefing excerpts and Jones's interviews with the astronauts regarding details of their landings and EVAs. It's fascinating reading. He plans to include pictures and links throughout the pages in the future.
Mirsky specializes in finding the crass, the idiotic, the puzzling, the really weird, and the just plain dumb on the web. He does a damned good job, too. Spend a few hours here and laugh yourself silly. Be sure to check the last item shown under September 19, 1995. Is it an obscene story? No, I don't think so. Just uproaringly funny.
The Enhanced for Netscape Hall of Shame
Poorly-designed pages throughout the web that will make you ill and/or yawn. Exciting, no? For the weak of stomach, this site also lists its picks for The Web's Best Pages.

Look at the pictures. Read the history. Dream. And lament today's tiny U.S. space program while remembering that, in each year of the late '60s and early '70s, the amount of money American women spent on cosmetics was about equal to Project Apollo's budget for that year.
