We have a one bedroom, first-floor, condominium about a mile from the ski lifts in Keystone, Colorado. Keystone is near the towns of Dillon and Frisco, Colorado, about an hour west of Denver on I-70. Dillon is the first town after you pass through the Eisenhower tunnel.
As I said, we are about one mile from the Keystone chair lifts with shuttle buses running year-round. Keystone is about 6 miles from Arapahoe Basin ski area, 12 miles from Loveland Basin, maybe 15 miles from Copper Mountain and Breckenridge, 35 miles from Vail, 40 miles from Beaver Creek, a little over an hour from Winter Park and an hour and a half from Steamboat.
Our condominium complex is call the Flying Dutchman. Our condo is # 1210 in building #11 (see map at bottom). We are about a block from a beautiful mountain stream (Snake River) and a block in the other direction to a national forest. There are hiking and biking trails all around us, including 40 miles of paved trails connecting Keystone, Breckenridge, Dillon/Frisco, Copper Mountain, and Vail. The twelve mile DOWNHILL bike ride from the top of Vail pass to Frisco is GREAT!
