The Baltimore Lab Martial Arts Program is open for all students all ranks and adults. Although we are predominately Taekwondo and Combative Martial Arts (reality based self defense), we have qualified Hapkido instructors. The Baltimore Lab is a division of the Lab School of Washington, a Blue Ribbon School that specializes in teaching children grade 1-12 that learn differently. The Lab Schools of Washington and Baltimore were founded by Professor Sally Smith (1929-2007), our Martial Arts program is dedicated to her memory.
