The way it looks and the way we hope it turns out...introducing....The Panel!


Bill's been painting and when the panel is all together it should look pretty good!

Battery tray Installed.
 Radiator intake and exhaust tips before chromex.

The lower cowl is just about ready to prime.

All 129 screws hand drilled

3/8 fuel line fire sleeved left. Aileron control cables fire sleeved (center). A mount fabricated for GPS and elevator servo to be mounted on the Canard. (right)

Starting to fit in the panel. Checking to see if everything clears behind there!

The autopilot servo for the elevater is below and the one for the ailerons is right. Progress on the panel wiring!

Hobbs meter oil pressure switch and the oil pressure sender mounted on the firewall.

Ch Flightstick with hat switch and trigger, Antennae wires run through the keel and the outside air temperature probe mounted in the fresh air scoop!

More on the panel wiring. At right a heat shield between the headers and the aileron controls.

Up graded heat shield installed on both sides.

The panel is done and at the hanger!!! We are running wire looms!!! Throttle and mixture cables are installed.

Drilled and tapped bolts for the tow bar.  The overhead panel is now removable.

Engine cowl is primed and ready to fly. The tow bar has been modified to move that plane!

Two relays and negative bus on the forward firewall. 100 amp fuse amp gauge shunt and negative buss on the rear firewall. 4 gauge wires home made.

What do we do with all these wires?
