This unofficial website is dedicated to actor Michael Shanks who for eight years has delighted fans with his performance as "Doctor Daniel Jackson" on "Stargate SG-1." The site is a work in progress, but if nothing else, it's a small tribute to a kind and loving man with an amazing talent!

Michael Shanks Narrates "Local Custom"
Michael has done the narration for a new audio book entitled, "Local Custom." Due to release June 26, 2005, this promises to be a real treat! The book is written by Sharon Lee and Steve Miller and is the first of a series of books focusing on the warring families and star-crossed lovers of another galaxy. If you'd like an intimate little place to talk SG-1, there's a lovely Daniel-friendly group called Stargate Daniel Alliance that I began for various reasons in March 2004. This is not a fan fic group, but a place to talk about the show, focusing on team and the Jack and Daniel friendship. Admittedly, this list is both a Jonas-free zone as well as a Sam/Jack-free list. There are plenty of lists out there to honor both Jonas and the "ship" element, but SDA is for the team as a whole, with a special focus on Jack and Daniel.
