Below are some of Carson's milestones and the wonderful memories we have had with him. Click on the link to the left to view the photos.
Carson: 3 Months Old: Carson's first Halloween was a fun one. He dressed up as a stinky skunk this year which is appropriate because he can be quite the stinky tooter! He is getting stronger and stronger every day. He can hold and shake rattles, follow us out of a room and hold his head up. He has mastered the art of taking a bottle as well. Oh, yeah.....Carson also dances! Yup, he can shake his booty. Mommy and Daddy help a little, of course. His favorite song is Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star (that is probably by default since Mommy knows all the words to this song and sings it a lot!)
Carson: 4 Months Old: Carson now weighs 12 lbs. 14 oz. and is 24 1/4" long. He is growing so fast! He is becoming very animated and is starting to laugh out loud and sing! Or at least that is what we call it when he exercises his vocal cords. This month Carson took his first road trip. We travelled to the Belcher Family Farm in Northwest Missouri (for photos see 2004 Celebrations and Holidays). We spent 32+ hours in the car with Kobi riding shotgun with Daddy and Mommy in the back with Carson, practicing her entertainment skills. Carson also enjoys his "Johnny Jumper". We hang it in the pantry and Carson jumps, and sings! Luckily for us, he is not pulling things off the shelves yet!
Carson: 5 Months Old: Carson has started to really take notice to Kobi. He loves watching him run, and play fetch. Carson often gets the giggles watching his Kobi puppy play. We celebrated Christmas this year at home. Carson was in awe of the tree lights and we were overwhelmed with all the gifts that were under the tree. One of Carson's New Year's resolutions was to master the art of rolling over. Well, being the over-achiever that he is....he mastered it in one day. On New Year's Day, Carson rolled from his belly to his back over and over and over again. He also started eating "real food" and is quite a fan of sweet potatoes, rice cereal and avacados. YUMMY!!
