Of course there are many factors in choosing a candidate to vote for in any given race for office. How much weight would you assign to whether a candidate is gay or lesbian, or straight but gay-friendly? Obviously this relates directly to the current race for Colorado second congressional district, which we can talk about in particular, but we can also apply general terms...
(Anyway, this should be an interesting discussion to have before the August 12th primary.)

Let's spice up the conversation for a hot summer's evening. What's the difference between artistic erotica and smutty pornography? Feel free to bring your favorite examples of both.

First Wednesday (Sep. 3): AIDS / HIV - The epidemic isn't over ...

Recent news states that the CDC believes there is a higher incidence of new HIV infections than previously thought and that MSM (Men who have sex with men) account for a major part of the new infections. Have the messages from the past about safer sex been lost? Has apathy taken over?
