Photographing a Collection of
Native American Pottery

I photographed a collection of over 80 pottery items for a client who
had a collection which he wanted documented for insurance purposes.
The photographs would also be used for posting parts of the collection for sale.

Pottery items were photographed from several angles under controlled lighting conditions. There were several challenges, not the least of which was to get the correct color in the final print and image file. Other considerations included which view angles to use to represent the pottery objects most accurately and exactly.
