New Member Application

If you prefer to pay with cash, check or money order, use the form below.  Just type your name, address and telephone information, make your selections from the drop-down lists, then print this completed page and mail it with the appropriate dues (payable to Midnight Homebrewers' League) to the address below.  You will be added to our membership database, receive your color membership card(s) and most recent newsletter, a membership directory, and you will be included in our new membership directory which is mailed to all members when they join, and at renewal in January.
