Third Floor
Third Floor Plan
The upper level offers a large comfortable great room with spectacular views of both the ocean and the sound. The gas fireplace makes fall and winter evenings cozy. Eat your meals in the dining area, on the screen porch, or at the counter. This master suite has a king bed from which you can enjoy the view of the sound.

The well equipped kitchen makes it easy for you to prepare a seafood feast!

From this top floor Master suite, you can enjoy views from the sound and you will have your own private door to the third floor deck.

Second Floor
Second Floor Plan
The middle level has another master bedroom, also with a king bed and a large private bath. Go out the sliders and right down the gated staircase to the pool. On this level there is another king sized bedroom, which opens directly onto the deck where the private hot tub is available year-round. It shares a full bath with the adjoining child- friendly room, which features a twin bed, a full bed, and a trundle.
Hot Tub
Relax in the private hot tub any time of the year. The deck on this level features a porch swing and ample furniture.
Bedroom 2-1
The full bed and twin with trundle allow for comfortable sleeping for 4 children.
Bedroom 2-2
This Master suite has a large private bath, access to the second floor deck and direct access to the pool.
Bedroom 2-3
The very private hot tub is just through the sliding doors of this king sized bedroom. It shares a bath with the "children's room," yet provides privacy.

Ground Floor
Ground Floor Plan
The entry level has a twin bedroom with full bath, a large entryway with a closet and access to the extra capacity washer and dryer. Access to the pool from a safety gate. Outdoor shower and ample beach chairs and umbrellas are provided.
Pool
The large enclosed pool opens with a safety gate. Watch the kids splash with the pool toys or sunbathe on the comfortable, cushioned lounge chairs. Barbecue on the gas grill and eat at the picnic table.
Bedroom 1-1
This comfortable twin bedroom has a private bath and easy access to the pool.
