RIGHT TO CANCEL AGREEMENT
The terms provided for herein, the terms provided for in the sales slip/contract
given you in connection with this sale and the terms of any credit agreement
applicable to the sale, shall constitute the contract between MJM Design
Group and the undersigned buyer. MJM Design Group shall have no security
interest under this contract and hereby waives any security interest or
liens arising by operation of law, such as mechanics or materialmen's liens.
This waiver does not apply to any judgment lien.
