Michael J. Moore, the founder and owner of MJM Design Group, is a highly motivated self-starter. When given a job, he puts his client's needs and tastes first. He personally makes certain that each and every job gets done on time and within the budget.

Mr. Moore graduated from William Rainey Harper College in 1976 and was awarded an AAS in Interior Design. After graduating from college, Mr. Moore spent 11 years with JCPenney working as a staff member of their interior design team. His responsibilities at JCPenney included seting up studios throughout the United States. During his tenure at JCPenney, Mr. Moore further developed his interior design skills by doing free-lance work.

Since 1987, Mr. Moore has devoted his time and energy to his own company, MJM Design Group. He has won clients from across the country and his work has included high-end interior design projects for restaurants, offices and homes.

Mr. Moore is active in many other endeavors. He regularly employs interior design interns, is a member of the Advisory Board at William Rainey Harper College where he helps to design the school's interior design curriculum, he is a member of ASID, and he is state licensed in Illinois.
