About Andrea
 
 

Andrea Sheridan was more than an ordinary woman. She was an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Andrea was born in Philadelphia, a daughter of Anna and Daniel Lisovitch. The third of five daughters, she had four sisters, Donna, Nadean, Daria, and Denise. After graduating from Ridley High School in 1969, Andrea worked a variety of jobs. She then met Mike Sheridan through a friend in 1970. They were married on June 28, 1975. Shortly after marriage, Mike and Andrea moved to Colorado for nearly three years but returned home to Pennsylvania in 1980. They had their first son, Ryan, in June of 1981. After moving to Quarryville in 1981, Mike and Andrea gave birth to their second son Kyle in June of '84 and their only daughter, Carly, in March of '87. Andrea spent time at home from 1981 to 1993 raising and caring for her three children. For 16 years she was employed by Groff's Printing in Quarryville up until her Melanoma diagnosis.


Andrea's favorite time of year was summer. She loved to relax by the pool, travel, and take trips to Ocean City, New Jersey to visit with family. What brought her the most enjoyment in life was spending time with family and friends. Andrea was special to all who knew her and is greatly missed.
