Sphenoid air cells are well aerated and clear and there is no significant overall ethmoid sinus disease. Minimal mucosal disease involves the anterior most ethmoid area in the region of the left frontal drainage pathways with remainder of the frontal sinuses clear. Mucosal thickening is present bilaterally in the inferolateral and medial maxillary sinuses involving the area of the ostiomeatal complex to a mild degree on both sides but the complex appears to be patent bilaterally. Bilateral concha bullosa present much larger on the left. Septum deviates minimally in the right inferiorly and slightly to the left superiorly. Surrounding soft tissues demonstrate no specific abnormality on that limited evaluation.

IMPRESSION: Mucosal disease involes the maxillary and minimally inferior left frontal sinus as described.
