• These puzzles come in a unique box designed to look like a book. The boxes fit nicely on a bookshelf, open like like a book, and contain two approximately 350 piece puzzles. Puzzle photos are glued to the front and back of the boxes.
• The puzzle serial numbers are tricky to find. On the upper edge of the inside of one of the puzzle compartments, a 9 digit lithographer's code is printed. The last 4 digits are the serial number. The puzzle serial numbers can also be found on a Gold Foil Label (see photos below), but few of these have survived.
• Each puzzle box is about 8-5/8"W x 11-1/4"H x 2-1/4"D.

This is the lower left corner of L'Estaque. Note the serial number PZL3006B. This is the only one of these puzzles I have seen with a serial number printed on the pieces. Apparently the graphic was slightly misaligned when the puzzle was cut. (* Photo will enlarge when clicked)
