Once a month *, a swath at least ten feet wide for the entire length of both sides of the following roadways shall be mowed to a height of four inches or less: (In those places where the center of the roadway has vegetation, it too shall be included.)

Twice a year (first and last mowings), a swath at least ten-feet wide for the entire length of following roadways shall be mowed to a height of six inches or less:

Copperhead Lane, Peachtree Lane, Spring Court, Valleyview Lane

• General Requirements

In those places where the physical width of the roadway and its berms dictate, the minimum width requirements are decreased accordingly.

In those places where fallen or overhanging brush or trees prevent mowing, such brush or trees shall be removed or trimmed back to permit mowing operations. Labor shall be separately reimbursed on a case-by-case basis.

Occasionally when there has been insufficient grass growth to justify mowing, instead, trim back trees and heavy vegetation that impedes mowing operations or obstructs driver’s vision. In these cases where the labor exceeds the normal charges for mowing, the contractor will be reimbursed extra on an hourly basis.
