Bike rental in Philadelphia
There are very few places that will rent a
bike in the Philadelphia region. These are the only ones I know about.
Rentals tend to be seasonable and some bike sizes are unavailable so it is a
very good idea to phone ahead and make a reservation.

If these are not satisfactory, another option is to send a request to the listserver of the Bicycle Club of Philadelphia. There may be somebody willing to loan you a bike.
Finally, you might just get lucky and find a bargain on Philly's Craig's List.
